TERMS OF SERVICE
-Full payment will be done after the sketch is aproved (will be watermarked).-I have the right to deny anything that makes me uncomfortable and isn´t disclosed in my "won´t draw".-Payment is through KoFi, via commission or as a donation. En caso de ser de Chile, también acepto cuenta rut como método de pago.-It may take me 3 to 7 days to deliver or most likely less depending on complexity and type of commission (will inform if any problem occurs). In case of needing the drawing to be done in certain amount of time for a special occassion, it HAS to be noted beforehand so I can prioritize the commission.-In case of retracting, it can ONLY be done before any payment is done, if I had sent a sketch, then it will be deleted. I don´t do refunds once I have already started the commission or sketch has been accepted.-The commission wil be post to my socials (unless it's stated before that I can't do so).-Minor changes won´t be charged (different face expression, changing minor details), mayor changes (new pose, new background, more details, etc) will be charged after the third mayor change.-In case of using the artwork for commercial use, it has to be disclosed beforehand.-I have no problems in making NSFW/suggestive/kink related drawings, but only if the client is +18 and can prove it. Ask beforehand if you have something in special in mind (additional charges may apply).
TERMS OF SERVICE | ADOPTS/CUSTOMS
-This character may be redesigned/have some details changed or added to them.
-This character may be gifted to someone else/interchanged for other.
-In case of reselling, the price cannot be higher than the original one without extra art.
-Must give credits for the design (just the first time posting the character).
-You may get inspired by my characters/adopts, but you may NOT trace them, copy them, heavy reference, etc.
