TERMS OF SERVICE

-Full payment will be done after the sketch is aproved (will be heavily watermarked). You´re also allowed to pay beforehand (sketch will still be watermarked, but less visible).-I have the right to deny anything that makes me uncomfortable and isn´t disclosed in my "won´t draw".-Payment is through KoFi, or through VGen (Vgen commissions WILL add an extra tax, less than 5$). En caso de ser de Chile, también acepto cuenta rut como método de pago.-It may take me 3 to 14 days to deliver or most likely less depending on complexity and type of commission (will inform if any problem occurs).-In case of needing the drawing to be done in certain amount of time for a special occassion, it HAS to be noted beforehand so I can prioritize the commission.-In case of retracting, it can ONLY be done before any payment is done, if a sketch was sent, then it will be deleted. Refunds won´t be accepted once payment was done.-The commission wil be post to my socials (unless it's stated before that I can't do so).-The commission will be used as an example of my work (unless it is stated that I can´t do so).-Minor changes won´t be charged (different face expression, changing minor details), mayor changes (new pose, new background, more details, etc) will be charged after the third mayor change. The cost will depend in each commission.-In case of using the artwork for commercial use, it has to be disclosed beforehand.-I have no problems in making NSFW/suggestive/kink related drawings, as long as the client is +18 and can prove it. Ask beforehand if you have something in special in mind (additional charges may apply as stated before).-You´re free to send me a message and ask about your commission or for WIPs throughout the whole process, but please don´t spam me constantly about it. It may take me a little to reply, but I promise that I will reach out to you eventually.-My artwork, commissioned or not, CANNOT be used to feed on any AI generators.-My artwork, commissioned or not, CANNOT be used for NFTs of any kind.-You cannot claim my art as your own.-My watermark cannot be erased from the finished product.

TERMS OF SERVICE | ADOPTS/CUSTOMS

-In case of being used commercially, it HAS to be noted beforehand.
-Character can be gifted, traded or sold afterwards. In case of selling, it cannot be for a higher price than the original one without extra art.
-TAT is usually 5 to 14 days depending on what you´re asking for. If the custom is too complex this time could be extended up to as much as I may need.
-In case of needing the character for a specific date, it has to be noted beforehand.
-You´re free to ask for WIPs and/or changes throughout the whole process, but please be patient.
-Minor changes won´t be charged. Mayor changes will be charged after the three mayor one.
-You´re allowed to send any references, moodboards, inspirations that you may want me to use. The more references the better.
-I can use an already existing character as reference, however, I will NOT do a recolor/heavy referenced design out of this already existing character.
-I can re design an already existing character.
-I ask for credits for the character design that are visible on their profile or when they are posted for the first time.
-You are allowed to be inspired by my characters to create others, however, you are not allowed to do heavy reference/copy any of my OC´s and/or adoptables or customs (ask if unsure).
-For characters that are requested with a NSFW view, it has to be proven that the client is +18 before starting.
